The EBATC is composed of public agencies, equestrians, hikers, bicyclists, and conservationists who are committed to furthering the protection of the scenic and recreational resources of the East Bay.

The goal of EBATC is to provide an area-wide basis for collaboration and liaison for all groups, bodies or entities that are involved in the planning, funding, acquisition, development, maintenance and use of trails.

To further the use and development of trails and to espouse legislation to this end locally, Statewide and nationally.

To further the protection of the scenic and recreational resources of the East Bay Area for public use and enjoyment.

2008 Meeting Schedule
Meetings are held the following dates the third Wednesday of the month in the Board room of the East Bay Regional Park District, 2950 Peralta Oaks Court, Oakland. Meetings begin at 7:15 PM.
